ORDINANCE NO. 99-17
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 710 AND 730
COUNTY ROAD 101 (99017)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City
of Plymouth Zoning Map from RSF-1 (Single Family Detached 1) to RSF-2 (Single
Family Detached 2) with respect to 3.2 acres located at 710 and 730 County Road,
legally described as follows:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32,
Township 118, North Range 22, West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as
follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of State Highway No. 101 (being 248
feet North of the Southwest comer of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 32, Township 118, Range 22); thence North along said centerline 247 feet to
an iron pipe; thence East 882 feet to an iron pipe;' thence South 247 feet to an iron
pipe; thence 882 feet to the place of beginning, EXCEPT that part lying within Burl
Oaks 2' Addition.
AND,
Lots 23 and 24, Block 2, City View Acres 2' Unit, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 1, 1999.
