ORDINANCE NO. 99-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN INTERIM ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY
PROHIBITING THE ISSUANCE OF SUBDIVISION APPROVAL AND ZONING
APPROVALS IN A DESIGNATED AREA IN NORTHWEST PLYMOUTH (98207)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 99-02 is amended to read:
Section 4. EXEMPTIONS: This ordinance shall not apply to:
(a) final plat approval of a subdivision that has been given
preliminary approval prior to the effective date of this ordinance;
and
(b) a properly completed application filed with the City on or before
the date Ordinance No. 99-02 was adopted.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 4th day of May, 1999.
