ORDINANCE NO. 99-12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING BEACHES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 805.07 of the Plymouth City Code is amended by adding Subd. 5 to
read:
Subd. 5. Responsible Person. No person under age 11 may enter onto a beach or
into adjacent water unless they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
Adopted by the City Council on this 4"' day of May, 1999.
