AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND
SECTION 21655.15 FOR THE VILLAGE AT BASSETT CREEK PUD, LOCATED
SOUTH OF 10' AVENUE, NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55 AND WEST OF REVERE
LANE (99004)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended
to revise Section 21655.15, Subd. 2, as follows:
21655.15 THE VILLAGE AT BASSETT CREEK PUD
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are The Village at Bassett Creek
PUD plans received by the City on August 4, 1997, except as amended by City
Council Resolution 97-517, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File
97080 and the plans revising the wetland buffer setback (to provide for cantilevered
areas) received by the City on January 15, 1999, except as amended by City Council
Resolution 99- , on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 99004.
Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City
of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended
to revise Section 21655.15, Subd. 4 (a), as follows:
Subd 4. Development Standards.
(a) Development standards for Blocks 1-3 (the townhouse site) shall be as
specified under the RMF -4 zoning district, except that upper level cantilevers may
encroach one -foot four inches into the required wetland buffer setback for Lots 1-12,
Block 1 and Lots 1-35, Block 2, pursuant to the PUD amendment under File 99004.
Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage
and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2' day of March, 1999.
