ORDINANCE NO. 99-6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XII OF THE PLYMOUTH
CITY CODE CONCERNING OPERATING MANAGERS OF LIQUOR
LICENSE ESTABLISHMENTS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 1206. 1 O of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
Section 2. Section 1206.14E of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
E. Corporations holding licenses shall submit written notice to the City Clerk of any
change in Operating Managers prior to the effective date of such change. The written notice
shall designate the new Operating Manager. The new Operating Manager shall be subject to the

SECTION 3. Section 1206.14F of the Plymouth City Code is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
