RESOLUTION No. 2015-113
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A
REPLACEMENT WHEELED FRONT END LOADER
WHEREAS, the approved 2015-2019 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and 2015 Central Equipment
budget include funds to replace one wheeled front end loader with the mounting of a City owned snow plow and
wing through the Central Equipment replacement fund; and
WHEREAS, the City solicited bids in the Plymouth Sun sailor on April 9, 2015; and
WHEREAS, on April 17, 2015 a bid was opened and read aloud; and
WHEREAS, a bid was received from Titan Machinery Inc. meeting all specification for $138,800.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, the following purchase is hereby approved to Titan Machinery Inc. for the purchase of one current
model wheeled front end loader (Case 721F), the total expenditure for this purchase is $138,800
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, the funding will be from 600-70-760-76001-8100.500.
APPROVED by the City Council this 28th day of April, 2015.
