RESOLUTION No. 2015-112
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FILLING OF WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND REPLACEMENT APPLICATION FOR THE
WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL EXPANSION (2015006)
SECTION 7, T1 18N, R22W
WHEREAS, Wayzata Public Schools is proposing to fill wetlands with the proposed Wayzata High
School Expansion; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Wayzata High School Expansion shall be in the
form of 2,514 square feet (0.058 acres) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan Application for the Wayzata
High School Expansion is hereby approved and subject to the following conditions:
Prior to disturbing any wetland area, the developer shall submit a fully executed
Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
APPROVED by the City Council this 28th day of April, 2015.
