RESOLUTION RENEWING JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
WITH THE ST. PAUL FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR FIRE TRAINING FACILITY
WHEREAS, the St. Paul and Plymouth Fire Departments wish to detail the terms of use of St. Paul
Fire's training facility located at 1683 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul, MN by Plymouth Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the parties have hereinafter set forth the terms of said use by the Plymouth
Fire Department,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the renewal of the Joint Powers Agreement with the St. Paul Fire Department for
Training Facility is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of April, 2015.
