ORDINANCE NO. 2000-36
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS
X AND XI OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING AMUSEMENT CENTERS
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1010.01, Subd. 2 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
Amusements and Entertainments
Amusements 1100 $150
Amusement Center 1103
Bingo 1105 $250 Investigation fee
$5 each occasion
SECTION 2. The following Section 1103 of the Plymouth City Code is repealed:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of December, 2000.
