AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF BASS LAKE ROAD
AND WEST OF FUTURE NORTHWEST BLVD. (20137)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. - Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map from C-4 (Community Commercial) to RMF -4 (Multiple Family 4,
legally described as follows:
Outlot E, Bass Lakes Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on November 28, 2000.
