AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND
SECTION 21655.25 FOR PLYMOUTH PONDS, BUILDINGS 5-8 PUD FOR LOT 3,
BLOCK 1 (BUILDING 7) LOCATED AT 17300 MEDINA ROAD. (20140)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted December 18, 1996 as amended, is hereby amended to
revise Section 21655.25, Subd. 3, as follows:
21655.25 Plymouth Ponds, Buildings 5-8 PUD
Subd. 3: Allowable Uses. The allowed uses in the PUD shall consist of the
permitted and conditional uses allowed in the I-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district,
including uses allowed by administrative permit. In addition, warehouses with limited
distribution center characteristics shall be considered permitted uses in Building 7 if they
generate less than an average of 10 semi -trucks accessing the property per day.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 24' day of October, 2000.
