AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF PLYMOUTH
BOULEVARD AND NORTH OF 34TH AVENUE (20032)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from CC -RE (City Center—Retail Entertainment) to CC -R (City Center—Retail
with respect to 1.51 acres located on the west side of Plymouth Boulevard and north of 34
Avenue, legally described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 4, Plymouth Hills
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on May 9, 2000.
