A-216 Deljac A-216 Lot Division A Staff explained petitioner's request for a. lot division of unplatted property owned by ,petitioner proposed for division and readjustment of property lines with petitioner's neighboring property owner, S. J. Groves. Staff proposed a recommendation for approval subject to the condition as listed in the Staff Report of October 7, 1976. RLS 1177 and consolidate said 0.80 acre parcel, with, Plat 43736, Parcel 6643 (S. J. Groves) be :approved subject to the following condition. County Road 9. Staff proposed a recommendation for approval subject to the conditions as listed ia the Staff port of October 7, 1976. WrION was made by Commissioner Schneider supported by Colmdssioner Stewart that the Planning Co,mni.ssion make the fo..Llowi.ng recommendation to the City Council; That the request of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a %yontessori School/Day Care Center writbin the church facilities located at 12235 County Road 9 be approved subject to the following conditions 1. All appropriate Licensing be obtained from thx„ State of INiinnesota and evidence thereof be made part of the record of this permit. 2. Location and size of the sign for said use shall not exceed four square feet to be located a minimum of 20 ft. from the right-of-way line of County Road 9. 3. Permit be for one year. 4. Petitioner shall have 60 days to comply with Conditions 91 and #Z or this action shall become null and void. MION CARRIED (4-0-0) (All in ,favor) MOTION C.k RRIED A-626 lazendirn Villages RPUD 75-3 AM6 6 Revised Concept Plan Staff explained the revisions proposed by petitioner for the subject concept, including a density change, circulation change and an altered lay -cut of the lots. Staff proposed a recommendation for approval subject to the conditions as listed in the Staff report of October S, 1976. Staff shred that t -,ie project was still, proposing to provide homes in: the '`moderate Income" range, and, therefore, would qualify as an RPUD. The Commission continued discussion of the project as revised with respect to the RPUD Ordinance as well as the previous proposal, MOTION 'was made by Commissioner Davenport supported by Corm dssioner Stwart that the Planning Commission make the following recommendation to the city Council: That the request of Harbor Dane.Associates for Revised Concept Plan approval of "Fazendin Villages," IVUD 75-3, to consist of 47 units located at the northeast ceruer of Harbor Lane and County Road 15, dated September 30, 1976 be granted subject to the following conditions; I. The preliminary plat address in detail and to the satisfaction of the Citi Engineer the storm mater drainage of the entire project 2. MINWES OF SEPT JBER 22, 1976 PLANNING CONTAISSION NMETING Acting Chairman Hagen asked that the following be d anged; Paragraph 5 of the Metram Properties nein, A-683 be amended to read: 'Comnuss over Hagen stated; that he felt the future sites" should be incorporated into the present site as part of the building structure, if structures were to be built, or as part of the parking lot, if more parking spaces were dented necessary. Commissioner Threinen concurred."
