ORDINANCE NO. 2000-10
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED ON KILMER LANE NORTH OF 3411'
AVENUE AND SOUTH OF 361H AVENUE (20014 AND 20026)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map from C -W (Commercial/Warehousing) to C-5 (Commercial/Industrial),
and
Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map from C-3 (Highway Commercial) to C-5 (Commercial/Industrial) with
respect to 11 parcels located on Kilmer Lane, legally described as follows:
Lots 1-9, Block 1 and Lots 7-11, Block 2, Glen Erie, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on March 21, 2000.
