ORDINANCE NO. 2001-33
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XX OF
THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE CONCERNING
CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR ACTIVITIES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2025.05, Subd. 5(b) of the Plymouth City Code is
amended to read:
(b) Excavation/grading activities for which a permit is required pursuant to
Section 21185.01 eyera*m- are exempt from Section 2025.05, Subd.
4, but must comply with the hours of operation set forth in Section
21185.05, Subd. 1(b).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 23`d
day of October, 2001.
