ORDINANCE NO. 2001-22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED LOCATED EAST OF PEONY LANE
AND NORTH OF THE CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILROAD. (20182)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development District) to RMF -2
(Multiple Family 2), legally described as follows:
All that part of the south 1,954.63 feet of the west half of the northwest quarter lying
east of the west 672 feet thereof, Section 8, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 26, 2001.
