HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2001-15CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 2001-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND SECTION 21655.26 FOR THE PLYMOUTH MARKETPLACE PUD, LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF VICKSBURG LANE AND HIGHWAY 55 (2001024) WHEREAS, Hartford Group, Inc. has requested a PUD (Planned Unit Development) amendment for property legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Marketplace, Hennepin County, Minnesota. THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted November 5, 1997, as amended, is hereby amended to revise Section 21655.26, as follows: 21655.13 PLYMOUTH MARKETPLACE PUD: Subd.1. Legal Description. The PUD is legally described as referenced in Resolution 2000-418, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 200040 and as referred in Resolution 2000-329, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 20040. Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Plymouth Marketplace PUD plans received by the City on March 31, 2000 and April 5, 2000 and revisions received on May 23, 2000, except as amended by City Council Resolution 2000-329, on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File 20040, and as amended by the PUD amendment approved by City Council Resolution 2001 -XX on June 12, 2001 and the supporting plans and application received on City on March 16, 2001 and revisions received on April 4, 2001. Ordinance No. 2001-15 (2001024) Page 2 Subd.3. Allowable Uses. The uses allowed in this PUD shall include any permitted, accessory, conditional or interim uses allowed in the C-1 and C-2 districts. In addition, a 120 unit senior care building shall be permitted on Lot 1. All the uses listed above shall be considered "permitted" uses in the PUD, provided they comply with the development standards and conditions for such uses under the most restrictive zoning district. Subd. 4 Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the approved PUD general plan dated May 23, 2000, except as amended by City Council Resolution 2000-329, and as amended by the PUD amendment approved by City Council Resolution 2001 -XX on June 12, 2001 and the supporting plans and application received on City on March 16, 2001 and revisions received on April 4, 2001.
