CITY OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE PLYMOUTH
CITY CODE TO ADOPT AN OFFICIAL MAP OF THE HIGHWAY
55/WEST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD FRONTAGE ROAD
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 5 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to add Section 510.09 to
read as follows:
510.09 Adoption of Map 2001033. The map entitled "Official Map of the Highway
55/West Medicine Lake Drive Frontage Road," a copy of which is attached to Ordinance No.
2001- and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby adopted and designated as the Official
Map of the Highway 55/West Medicine Lake Drive Frontage Road.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth this 22nd day of May 2001.
