ORDINANCE NO. 2001-10
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2001-08, AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS
The purpose of this ordinance is to designate the Police Department and Fire Department as
separate departments under the City Code. The ordinance also designates which department will be
responsible for enforcing and administering various provisions of the City Code.
A printed copy of Ordinance 2001-08 is available for inspection by any person during
regular office hours at the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION this 20th day of March,
2001, by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota.
