AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE)
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF BASS
WEST OF THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
QUINWOOD LANE (2018 1)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:

LAKE ROAD,
AND EAST OF
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from C-4 (Community Commercial) to RMF -4 (Multiple Family - 4) for property
located north of Bass Lake Road, west of the future extension of Northwest Boulevard and east
of Quinwood Lane, legally described as follows:
That part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 2, Township 118 north,
Range 22 east lying northeasterly of County Road No. 10 and lying northwesterly of Northwest
Boulevard and lying easterly of Maple Grove Center 2nd Addition.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on January 9, 2001.
