X wish to object 'very strongly to this proposed: developiti nt as unbecoming, unfitting., and inappropriate for the area. Iy house overlooks the project, and T suppose l wouldn't b^ objecting if it did not, but i am sure you cunt the comments ;of people involved in particular developments. 1 once had a brief conversation with Mayor Hilae about this, who responded that it was a commercial corner and if we wanted Plymouth to grow, business has to be accommodated by such. locations; Wle 1 agree idt:h the basic premise, 1 continue to feel. that Plymouth is basically a residential community with some magnificent advantages:, not the .least of which is the: fact that it is bordered by County Road ZS, bisected by Righway 494, and also Highway 55. Therefore, business has plenty of'places to $6, anal Plymouth has vast opportunities for developing one of tate fittest ta:'bases in our Metropolitan area.
