ORDINANCE NO. 2002-28
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55, SOUTH OF
THE SOO LINE RAILROAD, AND WEST OF THE PLUM TREE SUBDIVISION (2002058)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ci , Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-4 (Single and Two Family)
with respect to the roughly 13.3 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
All that part of the West half of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 7,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5`h Principal Meridian, lying Northerly of
the center line of Rockford Road and Southerly of the Southerly line of the
Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railroad, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on August 27, 2002.
