ORDINANCE NO. 2002-21
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF 34' AVENUE AND EAST
OF PILGRIM LANE (2002012)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from RSF-2 (Single Family Detached 2) to RSF-4 (Single and Two Family) with
respect to 5.11 acres, legally described as follows:
That part of the south half of the northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 118 North,
Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said south half of the northeast quarter; thence
west along the north line of said south half of the northeast quarter to an intersection with the
west line of the east 662.00 feet of said south half of the northeast quarter and the point of
beginning of the property to be described; thence continuing west 739.78 feet along said north
line; thence deflecting left 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 300 feet; thence
deflecting left 90 degrees a distance of 740.70 feet to the intersection with said west line of the
east 662.00 feet of said south half of the northeast quarter, thence north a distance of 300.00 feet
along said west line to the point of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
