RESOLUTION No. 2015-099
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY ELM CREEK STREAM
RESTORATION PROJECT (14006)
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners approved funding in the
amount of $10,000 for the Elm Creek Stream Restoration Project; and
WHEREAS, a Grant Agreement has been prepared by the Hennepin County Department
of Environment and Energy in reference to Elm Creek Stream Restoration Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements will apply to current and future total maximum
daily load (TMDL) requirements as set forth by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Department of Environment and Energy will reimburse
the City up to $10,000 per the terms of the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE MAYOR AND CITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council hereby approves the Professional Services Agreement as presented; and
2. Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City.
