The request for preliminary plat had METRO DEVELOPMENT not yet beenn, disposed of. Motion made by Commissioner Kroskin, second. by Commissioner June, to MOTION deny the preliminary- plat request of 'Metro Development for the Tihu.ron plat. Motion ;passed 5.-0. Thofouzhfare Plan The thoroughfare plan, was discussed, It was the concousus of the THOROUGHFARE PLAN Commission that they, would like to see the following changes con- sidered: 1:. A diamond interchange at Vicksburg and Highway 55 for better access to the proposed Plymouth Regional. Shop- ping Center; 2. An interchange at County Road 9, County Road 24 and Highway 55 --but not a full cloverleaf. 3. Interchange at highway 55 and Peony Lane. 4.
