for plat approval;
1. Eliminate green. strips (all green area) from Eastern CONDITIONS
boundary of the plat to Easy. Medicine Lake Blvd. and
from East Mealcine Lake Blvd, to the School (Armstrong.)
2. Add 20 ft. greeo strip north from Saratoga Lase" to open
space area in the Northeast corner of the plat.
3 Provide 10 ft, drainage easement on each side of the
creek.
4. Provide .dor 60 -foot street right-of-way.

1.. The, s'tor.m drainage problem—it was the general. consensus WHOLE IJERTING
that the plat should not be approved until: such tliue as
this problem is solved. Planner Olverhiser felt the, plat
should, not be held up for this reason, Th4 plat could
be approved with the cone itioa boat no developoont be
permitted until the drainage problem is solved by the
developer. Village atill has a site planl, development
contract and building permit to review prior to pr'ject
baa ng started,
2. The rezoning was approved on a ane-plan/ones-ownership
basis,. If the developer changes ownership of the area
into separate parcels, he would have to start all over
again asking for rezoning. If the area is split up into
more than, one owner, it is no longer a Planned Unit De-
velopment
Commissioner Neils suggosted that the Schiebe'slat be kept in Com-- PETITION REPT,
