Amendment; Mandment to the motion made by Cormiii.ssioner Neils, second by Coinnissioner
Pollock, to recommend approval of the rezoning, conditional use permit
and the general, developilient plan subject to the conditions listed below:
1. Covenants tightened up to protect the Village.(Proposed

good one, but lie was concerned about how the rest of the open area
north of the Bmi-Con site would be doveloped,,J?ecause of the condominiums
being on the north.. Ile also thinks we are spot¢ zoning without a
Comprehensive Guide Pian in the area.
