Con, nissioner Neils requested that the Planner get the, Col mis-
cion members reproductions of Circle Star's latest plans before

Fifth item, of business was to continue park discussion on the FAZENDIN PARR
Fazondin aarkelinunary. plat. Commissioner Neils moved. to PRELDIINARY PAT
approve the preliminary plat subject to the following condi- I
tions:
1.. A widening of the access to the northwest park
area along the west, boundary of Lot 1 and a
widening of the. public dedication along the
north; boundary of tl*e plat; to a width of approxi -
irately GU feet.
Z. Such dimensions should be subject to the approval
of the mark. Commission.
Z. Recommending to the Council ^that they take cog-
nizance, of the public area that would have front-
