regular meeting of the Planning CoMission was called to order
by Cha:a vm ligan at 7;3S p.m. on December 16, 1970 in the plymqatla
hiblic Works Building.
Presents Mairmn Egan, Planner Der ly, Ce i,ssi;oners Neils
Pollock, Prek er, June, Chapman, Krosl-in and Roth.

that he would life anything pertaining to this area. It was
stated that either the guide flan would have to he abandoned in

The next item of business was to discuss preliminary plat for RE IToving
the Iloving, Addition located mast of County Road #6 and south Addition
of lst Avenue,
Planner Ber ly stated that this appeared at the July meeting
of the Planning Couni:ssion. Ile, stated that this was tabled
because of the T't orou hfare Plait which was being gone at that
time. Mete was some talk at one time of bringing County
i Road 061 near the soutwestern corner of the site and the Com-
missi art felt because of the relationship to this plat it should
be held Athe the joint nee'Ling of the Planning Cormiss on
r; Council it was decided that Ccunnty Road 61 should be taken

the Qxtmission has cone to the aligmront and they feel that

do is to get some approval on tI%v north lots so that they can
start building on these. Ile stated that the tura easterly, lots
fronting on County Road GI would need a variance because they
are slightly tinder width. They are 6 feet tinder the required
width but they are of ample sine..
