ORDINANCE NO. 2002-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED ROUGHLY 600 FEET EAST OF
FERNBROOK LANE ON 46TH PLACE NORTH (2001107)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RSF-4 (Single and Two Family) with
respect to the roughly ten -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
The east 10 acres of the north half of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 10, Township 118 north, Range 22 west, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on February 26, 2002.
