ORDINANCE NO. 2002-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER XX, SECTION 2010 OF THE PLYMOUTH
CITY CODE CONCERNING GENERAL NUISANCES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 2010.01, Of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read:
(f) A structure, or a portion of a structure, located within any residential zoning district, if
the exterior is not completed within 180 days after the date the building permit was issued, or
within 180 days from the start of construction for structures which do not require the issuance of
a building permit
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 12th day of
February, 2002.
