Report of Flat Committee (karren Chapman, James Hedtke, Fred li'afner)
John Gullickson request. for approval of a preliminary plat of Seven Ponds.
The Plat Committee recommends that the preliminary plat request as sub-
mitted be denied.; that Mr. Gullickson be informed as follows
1. The cul -du -sac exceeds the maximum length prescribed by ordinance
1030 (maximum. length 500 feet)
2• In Lieu of a cul -du -sac, continue the road to the south edge of
the plat.
3... The preliminary plat has been sent to the Village Planner with the
request that, in consultation with the Tillage Consulting Engineer,
a projected street pattern for the area be submitted to the Manning.
Commission; in it, connection with the road from Seven Ponds Plat
woul4; be provided
4. Based on the proposed street Layout for the area, Mr. Gullickson
would submit a replat with a tarn around provided at the southern
boundary of the property: (not a cul -du -sae but a temporary road
end until connection can be made at some later date with the proposed.
street at the southern boundary).
Further study should. be made of the intersectiva of Co. 24 and the
read leading into Seven Fonda. As the intersection is shown on
the preliminary plat, the intersection does not preclude problems
developing should the area directly to the west ref Seven Ponds pro-
viae,
ro-
vide a road which would terminate at the same intersection as
Seven Pends. We recobnend moving the intersection to the east so
as to avoid coming out at the western boundary of the plat.

In a letter dated February 1, 1968 from James C. Olsen of Bonestroo,

was made to 2 residential. lots (lots 3 and. 4) in the Plat the areas
of which were less than the minimum area for residential lots now
required by ordinance.
In the replat, submitted to the Plat; Committee this was corrected
by combining lots 3 and 4 into one lot of 28,379 square feet.
There being no other objection, , the Plat Covattee recommend$ the
