HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2002-04CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2002-04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND IN THE ELMHURST AND ELMHURST GATEWAY NEIGHBORHOODS, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF MEDICINE LAKE (2001146) THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from RSF-1 (Single Family Detached 1) to P -I (Public/Institutional) with respect to the following described property: All land lying with Block 3, Elmhurst Gateway 2°a Addition. Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from RSF-2 (Single Family Detached 2) to P -I (Public/Institutional) with respect to the following described property: All land lying within Block 9, Elmhurst Addition. :00 Lot 4, Block 1, Penwalk Addition, except that part of said Lot 4 described as beginning at the northwest corner thereof, thence easterly along the north line thereof a distance of 107.53 feet, thence deflecting right 85 degrees a distance of 12.7 feet, thence southwesterly to a point on the westerly line thereof a distance 28 feet southeasterly from the northwest corner thereof, thence northwesterly to the beginning. File 2001146 Ord. No. 2002-04 Page 2 of 3 AND Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Penwalk Addition. AND Lot 1, Block 5, Elmhurst 2"d Addition. Section 3. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from RSF-2 (Single Family Detached 2) to RSF-3 (Single Family Detached 3) with respect to the following described property: All unplatted land bounded by 26th Avenue North on the north, West Medicine Lake Drive on the east, the Elmhurst Addition on the south, and Elmhurst Gardens Addition on the west. AND All land lying within Blocks 1 through 7 and Block 10, Elmhurst Addition. I: QNK Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Penwalk Addition. F."101 That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Penwalk Addition described as beginning at the northwest corner thereof, thence easterly along the north line thereof a distance of 107.53 feet, thence deflecting right 85 degrees a distance of 12.7 feet, thence southwesterly to a point on the westerly line thereof a distance 28 feet southeasterly from the northwest corner thereof, thence northwesterly to the beginning.
