AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 3950 COUNTY ROAD 101
(2003002)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from RMF -2 (Multiple Family 2) to P -I (Public/Institutional) with respect to the
roughly 0.7 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
That part of the North half of the Northeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section 18,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the North half of Northeast quarter of
Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 118, Range 22; thence East on the South
line of said North half of Northeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section 18,
Township 118, Range 22 distant 193.6 feet; thence North and parallel with the West
line of said North half of Northeast quarter of Southeast quarter of said section distant
225 feet; thence West and parallel with the said South line distant 193.6 feet to said
West line; thence South on said West line distant 225 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 23, 2003.
