AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND SECTION
21655.33 FOR THE PARKER LAKE PUD (MPUD 83 -1) FOR THE NORTHWEST POINTE
BUSINESS CENTER (2003073)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted November 5, 1997, as amended, is hereby amended to revise
Section 21655.33, as follows:
21655.33 PUD 83 -1 (PARKERS LAKE) AMENDMENT FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1,
NORTHWEST POINTE BUSINESS CENTER:
Subd. 1. Legal Description. The property affected by the PUD Amendment is
legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Pointe Business Center, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Northwest Pointe Business Center
plans received by the City on June 25, 2003 on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator
under File 2003073, except as amended by the City Council Resolution 2003 -362 on August 26,
2003.
Subd. 3. Allowable Uses. A framing facility and warehouse with a showroom for
retail sales shall be permitted on Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Pointe Business Center, in addition to
uses previously approved under the PUD.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
