ORDINANCE NO. 2003-14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING COMPOSITION OF THE
PARK AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMNIISSION
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Subsection 305.05, Subdivision 2 of the Plymouth City Code is
amended to read as follows:
305.05 Subd. 2 Membership. The Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
consists of sever} nine members appointed in the manner set forth in this
subsection. One member of the Commission are to be appointed from each ward
in the City. Three members of the Commission are appointed from the City at
large. Two members are to be appointed "at large" from youth living in
Plymouth. Members of the Commission are appointed by the Council for
staggered terms of three years expiring on January 31 st of each year. The Youth
members will have flexible terms as appointed by the Council, depending on
grade level of the student appointed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 27h day of
May, 2003.
