ORDINANCE NO. 2003-12
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTIAN PARCELS CONSISTENT WITH THE
LAND USE GUIDE PLAN OF THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (2003022)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from RSF -2 (Single Family Detached 2) to P -I (Public/Institutional) with respect to
property legally described as follows:
All of Lot 1, Jevnes Subd. of Block 17, Medicine Lake Park 3`d Division
Lot 2, Jevnes Subd. of Block 17, Medicine Lake Park 3`d Division
Lot 3, Jevnes Subd. of Block 17, Medicine Lake Park 3`d Division
Lot 7, Jevnes Subd. of Block 17, Medicine Lake Park 3`d Division
Lot 8, Jevnes Subd. of Block 17, Medicine Lake Park 3`d Division
Park, Medicine Lake Park 3`d Division
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
