HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 2003-10CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 2003-10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF TRENTON LANE AND SOUTH OF BASS LAKE ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 10) (2003004) THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of Ci , Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development District) to RMF -2 (Multiple Family 2), for property legally described as follows: All of Outlot E, The Ponds at Bass Creek, a plat that is on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part described as follows: Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of said Outlot E; thence along the westerly line of said Outlot E, north 33 degrees 04 minutes 13 seconds west a distance of 9.98 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line being a curve, concave to the east and tangential to the last described line, whose elements are: central angle of 46 degrees 11 minutes 16 seconds, radius of 290 feet and arc length of 233.78 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line and tangential to the last described curve, north 13 degrees 07 minutes 03 seconds east a distance of 83.82 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line being a curve, concave to the west and tangential to the last described line, whose elements are: central angle of 44 degrees 04 minutes 38 seconds, radius of 240 feet and arc length of 184.63 feet; thence south 89 degrees 34 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 346.46 feet; thence south 00 degrees 25 minutes 09 seconds west a distance of 485.59 feet to the south line of said Outlot E; thence along said south line, north 88 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds west a distance 134.74; thence continuing along said south line, north 34 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds west a distance of 61.94 feet; thence continuing along Ordinance 2003- 2003004 Page 2 said south line, south 63 degrees 49 minutes 03 seconds a distance of 133.29 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development District) to RSF -3 (Single Family Detached 3), for property legally described as follows: That part of Outlot E, The Ponds at Bass Creek, a plat that is on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of said Outlot E; thence along the westerly line of said Outlot E, North 33 degrees 04 minutes 13 seconds west a distance of 9.98 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line being a curve, concave to the east and tangential to the last described line, whose elements are: central angle of 46 degrees 11 minutes 16 seconds, radius of 290 feet and arc length of 233.78 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line and tangential to the last described curve, North 13 degrees 07 minutes 03 seconds east a distance of 83.82 feet; thence continuing along said westerly line being a curve, concave to the west and tangential to the last described line, whose elements are: central angle of 44 degrees 04 minutes 38 seconds, radius of 240 feet and arc length of 184.63 feet; thence south 89 degrees 34 minutes 51 seconds ease a distance of 346.46 feet; thence south 00 degrees 25 minutes 09 seconds west a distance of 485.59 feet to the south line of said Outlot E; thence along said south line, north 88 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds west a distance 134.74; thence continuring along said south line, north 34 degrees 13 minutes 42 seconds west a distance of 61.94 feet; thence continuing along said south line, south 63 degrees 49 munutes 03 seconds a distance of 133.29 feet to the point of beginning.
