ORDINANCE NO. 2005-33
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 725.05 OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE ADOPTING REVISED STORM WATER
UTILITY RATES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 725.05 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to read as follows:
725.05. Storm Water Utility Rate. The storm water utility rate is S-341 $4.02 per month
and shall be charged to all parcels not listed as exempt in Section 725.08.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective for all Storm Water Utility billings
mailed after January 1, 2006.
ADOPTED by the City Council November 29, 005.
