ORDINANCE NO. 2005-31
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING LICENSE FEES
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 1010.01, Subd. 10 of the Plymouth City Code is hereby
amended as follows:
Subd.10. Rental Dwellings. 4999 -Fee Schedule
(a) One Family Dwelling $43.00 $50.00 plus $4.75 per- Rental Uhk
(b) Two Family Dwelling $43.00 $75.00 plus $4.75 per- Ren4a! 1
(c) Condominium Dwelling Unit $43.00$50.0 plus $4.75 per- Rental Un
(d) Three er-Fee Family Dwelling $43.00 $100.00 per- Complex plus $4.75

Section 7. This ordinance shall be effective January 1, 2006, following it's
enactment.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 29th day
of November, 2005.
