ORDINANCE NO. 2005-25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 18240 HIGHWAY 55 (2005086)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to B -C (Business Campus) with respect
to the 0.83 -acre parcel located at 18240 Highway 55, presently legally described as follows:
Lot 1 and the northwesterly %2 of Lot 2, Block 1, Osier Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota; also,
All that part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 18, Township
118, Range 22 lying northeasterly of State Highway 55 as now laid out and traveled and
lying northwesterly of Osier Addition.
Subject to an easement over a 15.0 strip of land lying adjacent to said State Highway 55,
to be used for a service road.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 27, 2005.
