ORDINANCE NO. 2005-23
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE TO AMEND THE
PARKERS LAKE PUD (MPUD 83-1) FOR THE PARKERS LAKE APARTMENTS FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15100 18TH AVENUE NORTH (2004019)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cites. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted November 5, 1997, as amended, is hereby amended to add
Section 21655.37, as follows:
21655.37 PUD 83-1 (PARKERS LAKE) AMENDMENT FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1,
MALLARD POINTE:
Subd.1. Legal Description. The property affected by the PUD Amendment is
legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Mallard Pointe, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Subd. 2. Incorporated herein by reference are the Parkers Lake PUD by the City
Council Resolutions 88-77, 88-78, and 88-79 on February 1, 1988, on file in the Office of the
Zoning Administrator under File 87110, and as amended by City Council Resolution 2005-_ on
September 13, 2005, for a PUD amendment to allow various site plan inconsistencies from the
original PUD approval for Mallard Pointe (Parkers Lake Apartments) on file in the Office of the
Zoning Administrator under File 2004019.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
