ORDINANCE NO. 2005-18
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 9805 HIGHWAY 55 (2005042)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from O (Office) to RMF -4 (Multiple Family 4) with respect to the 4.34 -acre parcel
located at 9805 Highway 55, presently legally described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Homestead Village Incorporated according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on August 9, 2005.
