ORDINANCE NO. 2005-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CITY CODE RELATING TO THE LIGHTING ZONE MAP (2005021)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cit,. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended to repeal the current lighting zone map and
adopt a new lighting zone map.
Section 2. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota is hereby amended by adding language to Section 21105.06, Subd.
3 (b) as follows:
(b) The lighting zones established by this Ordinance are hereby set forth on
the Plymouth, Minnesota Lighting Zone Map; and said map is hereby made a part
of this Ordinance; said map shall be known as the "Plymouth, Minnesota Lighting
Zone Map". Said map and all notations, references, and data shown thereon are
hereby incorporated by reference into this Ordinance and shall be as much a part
of it as if all were fully described herein. It shall be the responsibility of the
Zoning Administrator to maintain said map, and amendments thereto shall be
recorded on said Lighting Zone Map within thirty(30) dans after official adoption
of amendments. The official Lighting Zone Map shall be kept on file in the City
Hall. The Lighting Zone of a parcel or project shall determine the limitations for
lighting as specified in the Section.
Section 3. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
