ORDINANCE NO. 2005-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter III of the Plymouth City Code is amended by adding
Section 330 Prepayment of Special Assessments to provide:
After adoption by the City Council of an assessment roll in any local
improvement proceedings, the owner of any property specially assessed in the
proceeding may, within thirty (30) days after the Council adopts the assessment,
pay to the City the entire assessment amount or any part thereof, but not less than
one hundred dollars ($100.00). The remaining unpaid balance shall be spread over
the period of time established by the Council for installment payment of the
assessment.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon enactment.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this
12th day of April, 2005.
