ORDINANCE NO. 2005-03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1010 OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE, REGARDING DOG LICENSE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1010, subd. 7 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to
read:
Subd. 7. Miscellaneous.
Dogs and Cats (good for length of rabies vaccination)
(a) Male or Female 915
$15
(b) Spayed or neutered
$5
(c) Replacement of License
$1
(d) Licenses
during May and Sgptember and for dogs
under one year of age
Free
(e) License transfer fee
$1
(f) Specially trained and certified
working animals or foster animals
Free
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage
and publication in accordance with law.
Adopted this Yl"k--day of 1 1, 2005 by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota.
