AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
THE INTERSECTION OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND NORTHWEST BOULEVARD

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to RMF -3 (Multiple Family 3), for
property legally described as follows:
The north 7 acres of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, Section 10, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, together with that part of vacated Medicine
Lake Drive West accruing thereto.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on November 9, 2004.
