ORDINANCE NO. 2004-1.2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS X AND XI
OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING GAMBLING
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 1010 of the Plymouth City Code is amended by adding subdivision
12 to provide:
Subd. 12. Gambling Investigation Fee $250.00
SECTION 2. Section 1105.07 of the Plymouth City Code is amended to provide:
1105.07 Local Investigation Fee. An investigation fee in the amount set forth in Chapter X
is imposed on organizations or bingo halls applying for or renewing a license to conduct lawful
gambling or operate a bingo hall.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective August 1, 2004 following its enactment.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota this 27t�' day of July,
