ORDINANCE NO. 2004-06
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY
CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF 34' AVENUE BETWEEN
PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND VICKSBURG LANE (2004016)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from CC -RE (City Center, Retail/Entertainment) to CC -R (City Center, Retail) with
respect to the 1.5 -acre site located south of 34th Avenue between Plymouth Boulevard and
Vicksburg Lane, legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 7th Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on April 27, 2004.
