HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2015-087 CP ITY OF LYMOUTH RN.2015-087 ESOLUTION O RHPA ESOLUTION FOR EARING ON ROPOSED SSESSMENT FOR THE 2015MOP(15002.1) ILL AND VERLAY ROJECT WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on March 24, 2015, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost for the improvement located in the following locations. The streets north of Canadian Pacific Railway, south of Bass Lake Road, East of Zachary Lane, and west of rd Nathan Lane excluding Ximinies Lane south of 53 Avenue. The Streets west of Interstate 494, north of thnd 54 Avenue, south of 62 Avenue, and east of Fernbrook Lane/Cheshire Parkway. The streets north of Canadian Pacific Railway, south of County Road 47, west of Pineview Lane, and east of Interstate 494. th The streets east of Pineview Lane, south of 58 Avenue, north of Canadian Pacific Railway, and west of rdth Larch Lane excluding the cul-de-sac of 53 and 54 Avenues adjacent to Larch Lane. Finally, the streets th north of Gleason Lake Drive, south of 11 Avenue, west of Interstate 494 and east of Juneau Lane, but thth excluding 10 Avenue east of Harbor Lane and 4 Avenue west of Harbor Lane, by edge mill and overlay of bituminous pavement, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: th 1.A hearing shall be held on the 26 day of May, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2.The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearing.
